About Wilson Creek

This is a pretty, spacious camp. The kitchen and chairs are typically upstream in the sandy area near the lone ponderosa tree. Moving downstream from here the camp trail will link up with the Middle Fork trail which will take you to numerous tent sites all the way down to the creek. There are groover sites both upstream and way downstream, so take your pick. If you’re standing in the downstream tent area and look behind the camp, you can spot a natural arch. Walking across the Wilson Creek bridge and hanging out at the gravel beach at the creek and Middle Fork confluence is well worth the two-minute stroll.
