If you need a reason to bring a snorkel and mask, this is it. When the water is clear, which is typically crystal clear most of the time, Underwater Canyon provides a spectacular experience. Pull over on river left, grab your mask and float through over this deep shelf. (Wear a lifejacket.) After you’ve done that once or twice, head up river left and check out the pictographs.
