Although it has an abundance of rock, the Grand Canyon is not known for its spectacular jump-rock opportunities. The Diving Board is a phenomenal jump rock. The Board is around 35 feet tall, and the landing is into slow current. It is possible to climb up on either the left or right side of the jump itself. It is easy to catch an eddy just downstream of the rock to set safety. Make sure to wear your PFD if you go for it. Photos below.
