One of Utah’s most renowned rivers, Desolation Canyon of the Green River, is now online.

A trip down Desolation Canyon is a step back in time. Desolation Canyon is one of the most remote stretches of river in the United States – and boaters feel it. A trip down this stretch of the Green has all the fixings, white sand beaches, shady groves, petroglyphs, and splashy whitewater.

Our guidebook is for a standard 82.9 mile trip from Sand Wash put-in to Sway’s Boat Ramp take-out.

You can find the Desolation Canyon guidebook and map here.
