Upper Klamath River is Online

Roaring its way from Southern Oregon into far Northern California, the Upper Klamath River is now online.

Beginning with a few warm-up Class II-III rapids, the Upper Klamath River quickly turns into an adrenaline-filled adventure upon entering the infamous Hell’s Canyon. Packed with continuous Class IV whitewater, this stretch of river gives any Class IV river a run for its money. In addition, this section is renowned for its birding, as bald eagles, osprey, and many other birds can be seen throughout this section of wilderness.

The Upper Klamath River guidebook and map can be found here.
